Warranty Information
At Bell Glass & Mirror, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship and the products we install. The following warranty information outlines coverage for our shower door installations, hardware, and optional glass protection products.
Shower Door Installation Warranty
Bell Glass warrants all shower door installations against workmanship defects for a period of one (1) year from the date of installation.
If you experience an issue during the warranty period that is related to the original installation, please contact us. A Bell Glass professional will inspect the installation, verify the issue, and perform any covered repairs at no charge.
After the one-year warranty period, service requests are subject to a $199 service call fee, plus the cost of any required materials or replacement parts.
Hardware Warranty
Shower door hardware is covered by a three (3) year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects.
Coverage applies to defects in materials or manufacturing and does not include damage caused by misuse, abuse, improper cleaning, alterations, or normal wear and tear.
Silicone Warranty
Bell Glass provides a ten (10) year warranty on silicone applied during the original installation.
This warranty covers failure of the original silicone installation under normal residential use and proper maintenance.
Protective Glass Coating Warranty
Our optional protective glass coating is backed by a limited warranty designed to help keep shower glass easier to clean while resisting staining, discoloration, and surface corrosion.
When maintained according to the recommended care instructions and without the use of abrasive cleaning methods or harsh alkaline cleaners, the coating is warranted for up to ten (10) years from the date of application.
In addition, the protective coating is warranted not to crack, peel, flake, or yellow for the lifetime of the glass.

Glass Warranty
Due to the nature of glass, glass itself offers no warranty against breakage, scratching, chipping, or damage after installation, including damage caused by impact, misuse, abuse, accidental damage, improper cleaning, or modifications by others.
All glass is thoroughly inspected prior to installation and again during project completion to ensure it meets our quality standards before acceptance of the completed project.
